Cartridges are replaced every 4–6 months (alkaline and mineral every two years). The price is quoted on request, or sits inside the annual service contract.

10 years on the steel central filters, 5 years on the Triple Jambo, and one year on the kitchen filters — written into the contract.

Yes — a down payment and monthly instalments. We agree the details when you book.
What does the annual maintenance contract include?
A visit every 3 months: cartridge changes on schedule, connection checks, and a water-quality reading.
